Who doesn't love a delicious cheesecake?

 

All Cheesecakes are made in a 9" or 10" springform pan and generally serve 16-18 people depending on how large you choose to cut the slices.

 A little bit of coffee and a whole lot of chocolate. With a crust made from a crushed oreo's, filled with mocha filling and topped with a nicely flavored whipped cream, this cake is a big hit.

 

New York Style Cheesecake (10" pan)                $33

We've all heard of a New York Cheesecake. Well, this one lives up to the name. Top it with some cherries (+2.00) or chocolate drizzle (+$2.00) for a little extra flavor.

 

*Spiced Pumpkin Cheesecake (10" pan)             $35

We all love fall. Well, now you can have a taste of fall any time of the year. Who knew that pumpkin and cream cheese could taste this good?

 

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Cheesecake (9" pan)      $33

Brownie crust. Cheesecake in the middle. Sprinkled with cookie dough. Drizzled with melted chocolate chips. Need I say more?

 

Vanilla Bean Cheesecake (9" pan)                    $35

A three-layered vanilla cheesecake. Vanilla cheesecake on the bottom, vanilla mousse in the middle, and a vanilla whipped cream topping to really put this cheesecake over the top. It can be served with a raspberry sauce for some extra flavor (+$2.50).

 

*Chocolate Chai Cheesecake (9" pan)                $30

This delicious cheesecake is the perfect mix for chai lovers. Graham cracker crust, with a thin layer of chocolate, filled with chai cheesecake, cooked to perfection and topped with more chocolate. Wonderful flavor that's not too strong but just right for those perfect "chai" days.

Salted Caramel Chocolate (9' pan)                   $35

Who doesn't LOVE salted caramel mixed with chocolate?!?! This is a perfect blend of the two. Creamy with a bit of delicious salt to balance it out.
